My name is Dario Cecchini.
After twenty years of accommodating guests and VIPs around the world,
I decided to change my life... and together with my American wife
Marie Claire, who is an English teacher, I spent five years searching, researching and renovating few properties we fell
in love with. We love to travel, have been all over the world, and we love intimate hotels with character, personality and a sense of place.
We wanted to create beautiful, comfortable retreats, with modern comforts and a relaxed atmosphere, where our friends, and friends of friends, from all over the world could come to relax, cook great dinners, and enjoy life.

Dario Cecchini has a wealth of experience in the hospitality and restaurant industry, including Valtur Resorts where, as
Corporate Food & Beverage Director,
spent three years overseeing all the worldwide restaurant and bar operations. Prior to this he was Corporate Director of Operations for Roadhouse Grill , Italy’s first chain of steakhouses. He also worked many years in the Caribbean (Jamaica & The Bahamas) for Sandals Resorts International, in the USA for Summit Hotels (NC), Hard Rock Cafe (FL) and Walt Disney World (FL), in Middle East (Lebanon & Jordan) and in Europe (Italy, UK & France) for Planet Hollywood and Disneyland Paris. He is assisted by his fiancee Marie Claire who
is personally involved in the business.
Simonetta Cecchini, Dario's sister, is a fully licensed real estate agent with a significant experience in sales, leasing and management of hospitality and residential properties in Italy.
